She invariably seems to choose the perfect number of ingredients...bright colors, bright foods, FRESH foods, and healthy foods. Most importantly, she cooks with such love. It shines through in her service, her smile and of course in her incredible creations. I cannot recommend her more highly -- ALL the stars :-)

Elaina prepares a diverse menu (customized to my tastes and health preferences and needs) so that I can make eating healthy all week easier. Reason 2) The time savings. I work full time and have a demanding life. I am not adept in the kitchen and I don't enjoy cooking. What Chef Elaina accomplishes in 4 or so hours would take me days to do (menu planning, shopping, cooking, packaging and labeling).

My wife and I have had the pleasure of living all over the world and dining in some of the greatest establishments from Australia to Paris and most places between. So I can say with authority that Chef Elaina is someone very, very special. The meals she cooked for my wife and me -- both of whom have tricky eating requirements -- were simply restaurant quality, and top-notch restaurants at that! Her choices never failed to surprise, yet we felt in perfect hands for old-fashioned comfort food when that was on the menu. Chef Elaina crafted dinners for us based on American, Indian, Thai, French, Chinese, Korean, Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine, to name just a few, and does all of the above with equal skill. As a side note, she is simply so polite and lovely! Her service was always reliable and she was always incredibly organized, which was highly appreciated. In short, she is a joy to work with and an absolute talent as a chef. We have been so lucky to find her!
